Our offices are open and customer service representatives are available 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday-Friday, except on holidays.
Clients are seen on a first come, first serve basis. Client with exceptional circumstances may contact us by phone to see if an appointment is needed or if enrollment can be completed by mail or on-line.
Online registrations are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience. PLEASE note, you will have to complete your enrollment in person. Do not wait for us to contact you, come to the office between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at which time you will also be given your scheduled appointments.

• Picture ID
• Proof you live, work, or go to school in Hillsborough County
• A copy of your arrest report
• A copy of your ticket

We must speak with you to schedule appointments. DUI School must be completed within 90 days of your registration. Failure to do so will result in you having to re-enroll at full fee and repeat anything previously completed.
All of our services are available in Spanish (in person, via email, or by phone).
Our staff are available to answer your questions during the hours of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm by phone, or 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in our lobbies, Monday through Friday. Clients can also contact us by coming into one of our two offices.
